Discover Tai Chi Chuan Yang and Its 108 Movements

Tai Chi Chuan Yang consists of 108 movements divided into three distinct parts :
Earth : The first stage, ideal for beginners, lays the foundation for movement and posture. Here, rotations are limited to 135 degrees to facilitate learning.
Man : This second phase introduces two series of kicks and wider rotations, reaching 180 degrees.
Sky : The final and longest part includes around fifty movements, some requiring complex 270-degree rotations.

An Ancient Martial Art for Balance and Vitality

Tai Chi Chuan is an internal Chinese martial art known for its fluidity and depth. The Yang style, now the most widely practiced in the West, was developed by Taoist monks centuries ago. By observing nature, they created "forms"—sequences of movements resembling combat, where each gesture is both smooth and controlled.
Unlike external martial arts, Tai Chi Chuan focuses on balance, grounding, and the circulation of vital energy, known as "Qi." There is no competition or confrontation here; the goal is to harmonize the body and mind while strengthening inner power. Practicing Tai Chi Chuan helps develop stability, improve flexibility, and cultivate a calming energy for everyday life.
Pratiquez le Tai Chi Chuan pour développer votre stabilité, améliorer votre souplesse et cultiver une énergie apaisante au quotidien.

The Benefits of Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan is more than just a physical exercise; it is an ancient energy practice deeply rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Regular practice offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind.

Improved flexibility and balance : The fluid movements gently strengthen muscles and promote better posture.
Stimulation of vital energy (Qi) : Optimizing Qi circulation enhances overall well-being and vitality.
Stress and anxiety reduction : This moving meditation calms the mind and fosters inner peace.
Enhanced cognitive abilities : Concentration, memory, and coordination improve over time.
Health benefits : Studies show significant improvements in individuals suffering from heart conditions, chronic pain (back, legs), and muscle tension.
By incorporating Tai Chi Chuan into your daily routine, you embrace a holistic approach to well-being. Each session helps restore balance and serenity, leading to a more harmonious and stress-free life.
